In her new position as Director of Revenue Management, Tripp-Maurer is responsible for maximizing revenue, identifying new revenue opportunities, establishing room rates, creating inventory strategies and monitoring inventory management. Tripp-Maurer brings more than 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry to Personality Hotels. Beginning her career with the Sheraton Corporation, she has worked in a wide variety of positions including sales, operations, catering and revenue management. For the past 10 years, Tripp-Maurer has been the general manager of several prestigious Bay Area hotel properties managed by Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants, Executive Hotels & Resorts and most recently, Marin Management. In addition, she worked for Marriott for eight years in Honolulu, New York and the Bay Area. As sales managers for Personality Hotels, Piazza and Clementino are responsible for creating individual and group business as well maintaining existing accounts in their respective markets. Piazza oversees the West Coast market; Clementino is responsible for the Midwest region. A native of the San Francisco Bay Area, Piazza brings extensive sales experience to his new role. Most recently, he was a convention sales manager at the San Jose Convention & Visitors Bureau, and has held previous sales positions with Citium Incorporated, a software database company, and OutNow G&L Newsmagazine based in San Jose. In addition, Piazza owned and operated WOW! Cleaning & Maintenance, a property maintenance company based in Campbell, CA. Piazza is currently a member of the Golden Gate Business Association in San Francisco. Clementino joins Personality Hotels after an extensive successful career in business development, sales and client services. Prior to Personality Hotels, she worked as a corporate sales manager for Holiday Inns/Clarion Hotels where she was responsible for business development, client relations and account management. In addition to having owned and operated Bayline Builders, Clementino has been a district sales manager for Express Enterprises (Marin Express Magazine) and CRM Learning.
